About

 

As a Creative Director at The Walt Disney Company, Carolina creates and oversees major global campaigns for Disney Parks and develops new products and brand expansions.

Throughout 20 years of experience building some of the most beloved brands in the world, she has been recognized with multiple awards in the industry's highest honors, such as the Cannes Festival, D&AD, and the One Show. In 2014, she was ranked #3 most awarded copywriter in the world by the Cannes Lions Global Creativity Report.

Beyond her work, she invests her time into mentoring women and helping female initiatives around the world. She is the founder of Elas Na Gringa, a platform that helps Brazilian ad women have a chance to work abroad. She is also the communications co-lead of Women@Disney, an employee-led organization focused on equipping and motivating employees to achieve impactful careers.

Additionally, Carolina co-created a content incubator with director William Mazzola. Together, they write, direct, produce, and screen films. They participated in several festivals, including the Oscar-qualifying Los Angeles Short Film Festival.
